A Rooftop Cooking School with a Personal Touch
When I first started teaching Thai food, I taught in my home kitchen. But in March 2020, I transformed the rooftop of my house into a purpose-built cooking school.
Now, I can host a private class or up to 7 or 8 people in a group class while keeping my home and work life separate — all in one lovely space designed for sharing Thai cooking with visitors from all over the world.
