Booking Questions
Q1: How do I book a cooking class?
A1: You can easily book a cooking class through our website by navigating to the 'Classes' section, and booking there or using one of the booking forms on the website or visit my booking site and selecting your preferred date and time, and filling out the booking form, but first if you are planning on joining a Group Class I suggest you check if a menu has been already selected for the time and date you are looking to take the class here on my Google Calendar.
Q2: What is the cancellation policy for bookings?
A2: I offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the class. Cancellations made within 24 hours are not refundable, but you can reschedule for another date using the link on your email up to 2 hours before the start of the class.
Q3: Can I book a private class?
A3: Yes, I offer private classes for individuals or groups. Please contact us directly to discuss availability and pricing for online sessions via WhatsApp on +66 87511 4654.
Class Details
Q1: What types of dishes will I learn to cook?
A1: In our classes, you can learn to prepare various traditional Thai dishes, such as Pad Thai, Green Curry, and Tom Yum Soup. You can see the complete list of dishes you can pick from for private and online classes and if you are the first person to book in for a Group class here and then you can select the dishes at the time of booking.
Q2: How long does each cooking class last?
A2: Each cooking class typically lasts around 3 to 4 hours, depending on the dishes being prepared as some dishes like Thai curries take longer as we will also make the curry paste and the number of participants. With most Thai dishes, the preparation time is longer than the cooking time.
Q3: Are the classes suitable for all skill levels?
A3: Yes! Our cooking classes cater to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced cooks. I provide detailed instructions and support throughout the cooking process.
Payment Information
Q1: What payment methods do you accept?
A1: I accept several payment methods, including credit cards via Stripe (usually just for the deposit due to the fees), and cash payments in Thai Baht.
Q2: Is a deposit required to secure my booking?
A2: A deposit isn't essential; however, I do recommend confirming your booking as soon as possible to ensure your preferred menu, date, and time are available. I take a deposit as I shop for the class ingredients before the classes.
Q3: Are there any additional fees or charges?
A3: The price listed on our website includes all materials and ingredients needed for the cooking class if you are taking a cooking class in person with me on Koh Tao. If you are taking an online class then you will need to buy the ingredients and any additional equipment you need.
Menu Choices
Q1: Can I choose the menu items for a group class?
